It often begins with a growing sense of dissatisfaction with life. We find ourselves restless and unsettled; yet, somehow we know we are being summoned to embark upon an expedition of sorts, unknown to us but somehow important.
It is in this spirit that we will engage in the coaching process. Our work will look beyond a self-improvement project or a misguided attempt to shore up a worn public face or false ego. The quest will look inward, seeking the invisible thread of our own story. It will bring us face to face with the Mystery of being human. Like the folktales of old, it will beckon us to discover who we truly are and what is ours to do out of genuine love for humanity and this beautiful Earth we so briefly inhabit.

I believe that each of us draws from an Infinite Well of inner wisdom, creativity, intelligence and yes, love. Name it Source, the Divine, True Self or Life Impulse… many names for that which is larger than ourselves.
We also possess a unique Inner Essence which illuminates and guides us in how we live in the world, how we come to the roles we play, how we embrace the invitations and challenges which we encounter across the span of a lifetime.
We are part of and connected to the great Web of Life. What we bring forth is of profound significance for the very evolution of humankind. It is from this ground of understanding that will shape our work and quest for more expansive leadership and inspired living.
