I am out with lanterns looking for myself

Emily Dickinson

a life of exploration

is one that is steeped in wonder and amazement which relishes a sense of adventure and  is always standing on the edge of possibility.

Whether interior explorers or outward bound seekers, we welcome the different and the unknown. We are happy to be shaped by our travels, wise enough to know that no one composes a life alone and every odyssey is to be savored.

As explorers, we learn to accept setbacks and challenges. We begin to relish traversing unknown territory. We know as well, that if we lose our way or feel the urge to abandon our adventure there is always a way back ... for no one else can truly tell the tale of our own unique story.

reflect

Meditate on the questions and seek insight from within

Capture your thoughts in words or images and revisit often

Notice how you feel as you ponder, where you are excited or challenged

explore

What is the story you are living? Is it your own or borrowed in some way?

What is your story in service of? Is it enlivening or depleting?

What might Life be asking of you now?  Is there an adventure to be taken?
