By its very nature, Life comes into being through community. It emerges into the global biosphere, to local ecosystems, into cherished human and animal families. It comes into existence out of Love and out of Nature’s sheer urge to create.
We are being invited to see through a different lens which draws our attention toward and is marked by connection, interdependence, collaboration, creativity, abundance, and a collective will to thrive.
In this time of profound challenge and possibility we, as individuals and leaders, must reconnect to this greater understanding and reconsider how we shape our organizations, institutions, and communities.
